, and exercises to help prepare the ucl for use. One difficulty I encountered that in the end will be difficult to overcome is the human condition. Because we are all different it will be hard to establish one set way to throw that won't injure the ligament. I am thinking that by the end of November I can have a device hunted down to help teach a generalized throwing motion. If I can't do this I might look into making one myself with the help of my doctor, and physical therapist. (If it is unknown, I have sustained an injury to my ucl that needed to be surgically repaired, hence the interest) December is still unclear, I need to see where November takes me.
